建物や部屋は綺麗。朝食も有料だけあって品揃えも多い. 朝食込みの予約をしたにも関わらずフロントは｢素泊まりでの予約と承っておりますので朝食は有料となります｣の一点張り。予約状況メールも見せても｢ブッキングドットコムの不手際かと思いますので、ブッキングドットコムへお問い合わせ願い｣とのこと。納得しなかったので再度フロントへ行くと｢朝食込みの確認が取れました｣とのことで朝食を渡されましたが、一切謝罪の言葉はなし。 もう二度と利用したくないと思いました。

The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Breakfast had a good variety, but when I left the room early the cleaning crew was still working; the noise at 10 am made me uneasy, so I checked out earlier than planned.

Disposable slippers were provided, the bed was large, and the large public bath was nice, but I was forced to park in a paid lot.
