The place is in a good spot, but everything else is a mess: the room was filthy, the hot‑water tap only gave cold water even after I warned the front desk, the walls let in a lot of noise, there was no air conditioning, the bathtub was dirty, the carpet was grimy, and the chairs were unclean. The only draw is that the price is lower than other hotels nearby, yet it clearly hasn't been updated in years.

The spot is good. The room was large with a comfy bed. The receptionist didn’t help when we asked about parking. There were a lot of homeless people on the streets around, so I wouldn’t go out at night.

I liked it more, first the location, then the staff’s attention and the services they offered like accommodation, many thanks. The price might be a bit high, but it was part of the deal.
