The flat was roomy and clean, and owner Marijana was very friendly and helpful. The spot is convenient—just across the street from a park, Lopar beach, a restaurant, and a small shop & bakery. The downside was that the apartment was on the second floor, so climbing the stairs with a toddler was tiring, and most of the water pipes (except the shower) were wired incorrectly, which made them confusing to use.

The proximity to the beach and the spacious apartment make it ideal for families. The flat is very clean and modern, and any request is handled immediately with assistance. The sea view is also beautiful. Everything was perfect.
