I stayed at a Marriott and there was no water, no room service, and no refrigerator—very disappointing for a Marriott.

The location was good, but the breakfast staff were completely unhelpful; I asked for yoghurt when none was available, and after asking again they said they were busy and it would take 10 minutes, which was a total waste of money—better to walk to a cafe for breakfast.
