Cleanliness and room service were good. However, there was no kettle in the room and the TV didn’t work.

The location was great, and the rooms were fine—small but clean enough. Only a top sheet, no blanket. The hosts’ help with door entry and emergency assistance was awful. The electronic key worked only 10% of the time (it needed data and a verification code that didn’t always come through). When we asked the hosts to help us in when the door failed, they said they’d come to let us in… but that took 1.5 hrs while it was pouring rain and thunderstorming. Terrible way to start a honeymoon. The most they offered was to cover the city tax costs :/

Very comfortable room, great location, excellent team contact! Early check‑in was allowed. Thanks to the wonderful local staff who treated us kindly at arrival. The shared kitchen was very useful! No negatives.
