I loved everything—Malu’s welcome was unreal, the lodge looks gorgeous and cozy, the beds and rooms are fantastic, the pool was warm thanks to the weather, and even with just 5 minutes left before closing, the lady still made scrambled eggs and wanted to bake cheese bread. The location is great too; I’d return a thousand times, alone or with someone, without hesitation.

The Casa Luar is amazing, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, and excellent beds. Malu and Helena are super friendly, polite, and kind. The breakfast is tasty and lovingly prepared. Our stay was great.

The environment was wonderful, the owner and staff were perfect, and the breakfast was delicious and made with a lot of care, but the shower had no water pressure and didn’t heat up much.
