Excellent location right in the heart of town. Loved it, but the check‑out time is very early—by 10 am.

Location. We had a terrible experience upon arrival. We arrived at night and the person who did not receive us was very rude and already upset. He demanded an additional fee for after‑hours check‑in. We explained that we were within the check‑in window stated in the booking conditions (until 00:00), but when we mentioned it, he said it was not his problem, that he had to drive several kilometres, etc., becoming aggressive and claiming the hours were different. On one hand, you cannot have such a person at reception, lacking empathy and hospitality. On the other hand, the manager does not respect the conditions listed on Booking and forces people into unpleasant situations. Regarding the room, it claims to have a “balcony with views of an internal courtyard,” but what we saw was a door with a railing, no balcony, a closed space with no ventilation or view. They never showed us, nor did we see the terrace they mention.

We stayed in the Gucci room. It was very well set up, clean, and had everything you need when traveling. The bed, shower, and space were all great!
