The location is great and the view was amazing.

“Charged again for breakfast even tho I paid extra to include breakfast when I booked”

I was excited about the location, but the breakfast situation was a nightmare: I had paid for breakfast when booking, yet the hotel claimed it only covered one person, so I had to pay extra for my wife. I confirmed the booking included breakfast for two, messaged the hotel multiple times for an invoice, and never received a reply.

The location was great, but when we checked in we were asked to pay again for the second person even though we had booked a room for two with breakfast.

“Perfect location, new hotel, no place to work (meeting rooms are paid only)”

The location is perfect – it’s attached to a mall, brilliant. The counter staff weren’t very friendly or helpful, but the cleaning staff were lovely. There’s no place to sit and work except for paid meeting rooms.
