The price was low. The staff were inflexible, and the first room we received smelled of mould; when we went back to reception and asked about an upgrade for a fee, they said it wasn’t possible because the room we booked was fixed and no changes could be made. They moved us to another room on a higher floor, which was much better since it didn’t smell of mould. Also, we only received one magnetic key even though two of us were staying.

The room was spotless and roomy, with everything you might need, but the hot water flow was a bit weak and the complimentary bottled water supplied was scant.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were super friendly. The location was also great, close to everything I needed. I was a bit worried about the language barrier, but it wasn't a problem at all.
