The volunteers are wonderful and work hard! The Wi‑Fi is terrible, the beds have issues, and there’s a lack of security. The hostel cameras don’t work and there’s no reception. On top of that, the owner treats the volunteers poorly, showing no respect or empathy. They work so much that they end up getting hurt. Instead of hiring a manager and splitting shifts among at least three people, the owner forces the volunteers to work like slaves.
