The host is kind and friendly. The bedsheets are dirty and there are thousands of bedbugs in the room. I woke up with a lot of bite spot and my whole body develop rashes. The painful part is that bed bugs was all over my belongings, they literally moved with me to my next location

The house was full of bedbugs and filthy, and the people living there were alcoholics and potheads; the place was filthy, there were bedbugs in my room, I stayed for 14 days hoping for some peace and quiet, but I couldn't even turn off the lights at night for fear the bedbugs would come out, so if you don't want to pay money only to have a miserable experience, stay away from this dirty place.

The place sits right in a great spot for our London trip, with easy access to a decent area about 10‑15 minutes from the main bus and train lines; it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for budget accommodation. The only downside is that there’s just one bathroom for everyone to share.

I appreciated the location, but the room was a nightmare: the bed and pillows were ripped and stained, walls had marks, and dust covered everything. When I reported it, the staff said the cleaners had already cleaned the room and offered a refund, yet I never received it. They wouldn’t let me upload a video, so I ended up taking screenshots of the footage instead.
