“It was so bad and regrettable”
The place looks dirty and smelly, with a poor environment; the money paid feels huge for such an awful place. The room, bed, toilets, and everything else were smelly and dirty.

The staff are friendly and supportive, and the rooms are good and clean. The entrance and stairway could use an upgrade to make a better first impression when arriving.

The bed was damaged, the bathroom had damp and mold, and everything felt very unclean; we had to pay for a different hotel because we couldn’t stay there.

Everything was filthy: the room was disgusting, the bed had been used and the bedding wasn’t clean, the bathroom was dirty with long black hairs on the floor, in the shower, and dirty marks on the walls.

The location was good, but the single‑glazed windows let in a lot of noise—doors banging all night and people on the stairs, plus bad road noise from the single glazing.
