It was a fantastic stay—convenient transport, very quiet at night, the room was clean, and I slept comfortably. The host was friendly and enthusiastic, showing us Kyoto’s sights and food. I’ll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Kyoto.

The house is a charming, traditional Japanese home that feels cozy. Everything was clean, the amenities were plentiful, and the host was very accommodating. I’ll use it again if I return.

Easy to locate on a map. The traditional house feels like a local spot. The hospitality is excellent and enthusiastic. The location is central in Kyoto, and a big supermarket is just a minute away. I slept very quietly at night, and the neighborhood is friendly.

We had no check‑in instructions and couldn’t get in at all; the host didn’t answer. We ended up booking somewhere else for those nights and hope to get a refund.
