Your kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to listen to every request made our 8‑day stay simply extraordinary. The location of the garni is wonderful and convenient, the room is truly cozy, and the balcony view is spectacular. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The cleanliness is impeccable, the aesthetics and attention to every detail throughout the property are truly superior to any praise! It’s a family hotel with very pleasant hosts. Parking is available right in front of the hotel. From the room’s balcony you get a beautiful view of the Val Gardena valley. The room is modestly furnished but offers everything you need for your stay, and there’s plenty of storage space. The hotel sits on a hill, so if you walk, you’ll have to climb a nice hill. The bed wasn’t entirely comfortable for me and the shelf directly above my head was a bit scary, but that’s a minor detail in the context of the whole stay. It also took a little longer for hot water to flow in the bathroom.

The spot is gorgeous and tranquil, with views that are simply amazing. Manager Rose Marie was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay.

The service was very friendly, no unnecessary frills, and stayed very down-to-earth. The room was a bit small but impeccably clean and located in a very quiet area, with a superb view of the Langkofel. The shower in our room was very small, yet it worked fine.
