The property is very nice and the surroundings are amazing; the room is a decent size and breakfast is good. The road leading to the property is 1km of off‑road due to yearly maintenance, so if you have a normal car it’s challenging to enter.

Beautiful place, quiet, tasty breakfasts, great views, clean and tasty water. The room temperature can’t be adjusted; the AC is rigidly set to 21 degrees and there’s nowhere to dry clothes.

The overall atmosphere is wonderful, the team is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the Wi‑Fi is sensational—fast and stable. There’s a generous area to dry laundry in the air. The sofa in the living room looks nice but is very uncomfortable. The road up to the property is a problem for all vehicles with normal suspension; with our rental Citroën C3 Aircross it was just manageable. The mattress felt too soft for us.

La struttura immersa tra gli ulivi ai piedi dei monti iblei, sapientemente ristrutturata, arredata con elegante semplicità, estremamente funzionale in ogni minimo dettaglio, meglio di un quattro stelle, pulizia e ordine al top, confort e pace assoluti. La colazione è molto varia e di qualità; a cena è possibile degustare piatti semplici e tipici che, con l’ottima qualità della materia prima, ci hanno permesso di fare un tuffo nella genuinità di una volta! È possibile fare anche un’escursione guidata tra gli ulivi e al frantoio ancora perfettamente funzionante! I proprietari marito e moglie sono due persone meravigliose, accoglienti e mai invadenti anzi. ci hanno dato tantissimi validi suggerimenti per sfruttare al meglio la nostra permanenza. purtroppo troppo breve! Complimenti per tutto!!. Era tutto assolutamente perfetto!
