“If you are staying in the area near the British Museum, I recommend this place.”
The staff were great and helpful, the spot was central and safe, the accommodations were complete and functional, and they were very accommodating to any requests, but there is some noise from upstairs patrons and the creaking is unavoidable.

Breakfast was good, but we forgot our toast this time—though the staff did respond.

The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help, breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked, but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
We stayed at a very cute and welcoming hotel. The rooms were a bit small but still comfortable and impressively clean. Breakfast was a typical English spread, simple yet tasty. The staff were truly helpful and kind. On the evening of our arrival we arrived late and couldn’t check‑in directly at the hotel, so we went to the Morgan Hotel. There a gentleman was incredibly friendly and patient with us, especially since our English was limited. He not only helped us with the check‑in but also walked us personally to our hotel, which is about a 10‑minute walk away. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us! He caught us completely off guard, and unfortunately we couldn’t tip him because we hadn’t yet been able to withdraw pounds. We were sorry about that, but we wanted to leave this review to thank him. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with great hospitality. Highly recommended! I would add croissants to the breakfast.
