“Incrível!!!!”
We were first assigned a larger chalet with a kitchen, which we didn’t like because it was tiny, old, and faced a dense forest; the next day we were moved to the apartment we had booked—more modern, bigger, and nicer—and that was a much better fit since we didn’t plan to cook. The older hotel had other guests complaining about the older chalets, so I was glad they honored my request. The hotel restaurant was amazing, and the pool and location are truly wonderful. The initial chalet was bad—small room, old furniture, no lamp—but after the change there was nothing to complain about.
