The AC worked okay, but that’s about all I could appreciate. The overall experience was very disappointing: rooms were not clean, several had a strong bad odor including cigarette smoke, and we even found used cigarette sticks around the bed. The floor and beds were in poor condition. Basic amenities—toilet paper, tissues, towels, soap/body wash, shampoo, hand wash, bathroom mats—were missing; towels were only given after repeated requests, and there was no hot water. We were asked to pay an extra 1,000 for early check‑in, yet the room still lacked even the most basic facilities expected from a hotel, so we refused to pay at the end. The staff were not particularly polite or helpful and failed to communicate professionally. The property needs major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, basic amenities, and customer service.

The place was downright unhygienic and I never actually stayed there. Insects swarmed the bathrooms and bedbugs were clearly visible on the floors. The staff were rude, and the hotel’s condition and location were terrible. I can be reached at (+91)8892911150. I’m trying to get a refund for the partial payment I made, but I haven’t received it yet—please help me recover that money.

The room looked nothing like the photo on the website – the lighting was awful, there was no single window, the place was too small to fit a large suitcase, the staff were unhelpful, and the location felt shady, especially for a solo woman; overall I was not satisfied at all.

Nothing, only good thing is it's close to airport. What's pictured online and what is in reality is 2 separate things, felt like I was cat fished
