The location was perfect, with breathtaking views of the Marmara sea and easy access to local restaurants, shops, and museums.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Orhan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, including the spa area.
The breakfast spread was amazing, and the view from the dining area was breathtaking.

The view from the rooftop is amazing! The food service is far above average! The staff are exceptional, always available and always concerned with the guests’ well‑being. The room and bathroom dimensions are small.

We really liked this hotel. The staff were great, and the view from the rooftop restaurant at breakfast is amazing. It’s within walking distance of many of the main sights. We booked a suite room for our family and it was fine, clean, with no problems. Reception booked a boat trip that went well too. All was great.

The breakfast was fantastic—very extensive—and the rooftop restaurant served great meals both in the morning and evening, with friendly, helpful staff and a prime location; the restaurant’s quality was excellent. However, we booked a twin room and were given a room with three single beds that left us barely able to move, and the bathroom was tiny with no surface to place anything, though it was clean and stocked with water, tea, coffee and chocolate. What also annoyed me were the lingering C19 stickers and notes still hanging around, which I really don’t want to see again.
