The place was clean and quiet, but I left a 50MYR cash deposit at reception and the next morning it was gone!

The location, food, and amenities were good, but it took a long time to get a response about issuing a tax invoice; Bern refused to issue it even after I personally asked the receptionist long after my stay, and they said they couldn’t provide it because payment was made directly to the hotel, and I received no reply to my second request.
