“Visit to hell.”
Nothing good to mention; it was a hellish experience. They don’t even have fans, and it feels like a lorry station where people keep arriving and leaving. They kept knocking on doors in the middle of the night, a low‑quality generator struggled to start, there was no hot water, and my family and I didn’t sleep until fajir.
“Fraud don't book online”
The staff was very arrogant. Only location. Staff behavior. I booked this hotel on 21 June-26 for three nights starting from 25th to 28th June @ 5400/night price. When I went there to check in, the hotel staff refused to check in and demanded 15000 /night. I was worried as I was with my family. All hotels in Kalam were packed. Then after 7:00pm I booked another hotel at atror Kalam. This hotel is totally a fraud. Don't book

Amazing Experience at Regal One Hotel Kalam Our stay at Regal One Hotel Kalam was excellent. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained with comfortable beds. The hotel staff was very polite, helpful, and always ready to assist guests. The environment of the hotel is peaceful and family-friendly, making it perfect for families and groups. The service was fast, and overall hospitality was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kalam. “Price changed after confirmation”
The suite had three small rooms and two toilets, but the hotel staff and service were terrible. I received a confirmation email showing the room price at 9K, yet when I arrived the price had changed; after a long debate I ended up paying 12K, which was very irritating.
The biggest problem was the internet—no connection at all, unlike other hotels in the remote area.
