The hotel sits right in the city center, but the room was a mess—no basic amenities, and the hairdryer, ironing board, and linens were all in bad shape, with the sheets and pillows looking like they could go to a thrift shop. The bed was uncomfortable, there were no hangers, and roaches were everywhere. The front desk staff were not friendly at all.
