The facilities and staff were fine, but we asked for two beds because we were two adults after a wedding, repeated the request, and still only got one bed. Also, I received spam messages on WhatsApp asking for personal data, which I assume is the fault of Booking and not very well-intentioned.

Everything was good value, the rooms were huge, and the hotel parking in the underground cost only 5 euros. The breakfast was basic but acceptable for the price, and there were computer issues during check‑in.

It was a nice little hotel, everything we needed was there, and the breakfast was tasty—there wasn’t an overwhelming variety but it was enough. Unfortunately we had to pay the stay tax twice, once at check‑in and again at departure. Two different staff members handled the reception and it wasn’t recorded.

Emplacement pratique pour port aventura. Très bruyant on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et chez les voisines de chambre. Les portes doivent se claquer pour fermer donc chaque porte qui se ferme est un claquement qui résonne. Petit déjeuner extrêmement bruyant, la serveuse lance couverts et assiettes dans sa desserte à vaisselle sale (elle en a même cassé en les laissant dans sa desserte…!) J’ai fait deux réservations de deux chambres par erreur et pas un geste de l’hôtel même pas le parking offert en compensation! Très déçue
