The staff were very pleasant. The breakfast in the morning was super, with a beautiful view. The place is nice. Mainly the location was poorly marked on Booking, which left few restaurants for dinner and added an extra 20 minutes of unpleasant walking to reach the hotel.

The hotel is so tidy, comfortable and offers good value for money. It gets a bit hot during the day without AC.

The ambience, location and the staff who run the place are good family‑oriented people. Other visitors stayed there, I think the locals are quite noisy.

The view of the lake and volcanoes is truly beautiful, with a manicured lawn ahead of the cabins with poufs and picnic tables. No taxi was called, and the staff kindly helped us get to the spot on a bike. For me it was a big stress when there was no duvet cover on the blanket (even if hypothetically it was being washed). The staff basically did not know about such an item – communication was very difficult because the employees did not know basic English, even with an online translator. The neighboured roosters and dogs crowed all night, we couldn't sleep before the early 4 am wake‑up. The cabin shakes with the slightest movement and sounds are audible inside the cabins.
