The welcome was attentive; the room was pleasant, quiet, and very clean. The accommodation was well‑located, close to public transport, the Vatican walls, and the Trionfale market. We recommend it without hesitation. The bedding could be firmer.

The owner’s kindness and the cleanliness stood out. The shared kitchen was convenient, the fridge was available, and you could make coffee anytime. The location was excellent. Nothing to add.

An absolutely incredible experience! The spot is unbeatable, just a 5‑minute walk from the Vatican and surrounded by great restaurants, shops, metro access, and transport options. We felt completely safe at all times, and getting around Rome was very easy from here. The room, bathroom, bed, and overall accommodations were spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The hosts were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always ensured guests felt welcome. Water, snacks, and little touches were always available, making our stay feel special. This place truly surpassed all expectations and made our dream trip to Rome even more memorable. I’d happily stay here again and again, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! Carrying luggage up four flights of stairs was a bit challenging, but everything else was perfect.
