I had an utterly disappointing experience at this hotel. The property lacked proper management, and it showed in the cleanliness and overall condition of the rooms. My stay was marred by a subpar mattress that left me with a lingering backache. The absence of bottled water and limited TV channels were just the beginning of the issues I encountered. The air conditioning was unclean, and the fan was noisy and difficult to operate.

While the hotel's location was a major plus, I was disappointed to find that there were no facilities for food on the premises. This made it inconvenient for me to get a meal, and I had to rely on outside options. Despite this drawback, the hotel's location made up for it to some extent.

My stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. Upon arrival, I found that the building listed on the booking platform was not the one I was staying in, which was located 500 meters away in a different neighborhood. The room itself was old, dirty, and lacked basic amenities like toilet paper. To make matters worse, the hotel didn't accept credit card payments, and I had to wait an hour for someone to bring a payment machine.
