The staff were amazing, especially Milena at reception, who from the start took care of every perk and treat, upgraded our room, and explained how to navigate the city.

The service never disposed of the welcome snack throughout the whole stay.

The front‑desk team was super friendly, understood we were heading to the Munich marathon, and let us check out a bit later; the room was very nice and clean (though a bit cold), perfectly located for the city center, and the staff were incredible—highly recommended.

The style, the large windows, and the very good bed were all great.
