After running the NY Marathon, this place gave me everything I needed: a good night’s sleep, peace and quiet, proximity to everything, and excellent morning coffee. It was our second stay; it feels like home when we’re in NY, and we’ll return again. With love Zuzana

When we first checked in we were put on the 3rd floor in a very small and dark room, but they moved us to the 15th floor into a much bigger room with a fantastic view, which was great! Maybe request a high level.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We were especially lucky to have a view of the Empire State Building right from our bed, which was absolutely amazing and unreal! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The place feels average—nothing boutique or luxurious. The carpet in the room looked worn and in need of a deep clean, and the air‑con units outside made it noisy. It wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t feel like a five‑star stay.
