It was a pleasure for a short stop from Sofia; we didn't get to do the spa even though it was free, the place was quiet, the man at reception was quite helpful, the room was clean but small, and the breakfast was quite generous.

The staff at reception and in the restaurant were extremely polite and correct; I forgot my jacket at the hotel and they sent it to me the next day, which I really appreciate!

The front‑desk lady was very polite and checked me in early because I arrived in Sofia around 10 am. I had already checked out before, but the rooms and apartments in the villas are fantastic, and the staff are always friendly and courteous.
