The advertisement was misleading— it claimed pets were allowed but actually only dogs were permitted, which upset me as a cat owner. I was furious about the false claim; if a hotel doesn’t accept all pets, it shouldn’t advertise “pets allowed” at all, and that completely turned me away from this company.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property itself was spotless and well maintained, thanks to strong management that sets a positive tone.
