The façade and pool are stunning, and the traditional South of France garden matches the photo. The massive high tower block opposite the house, which you don’t see in the photo, just felt oppressive.

The property has character and the staff are lovely. We enjoyed the spacious ground‑floor apartment with a sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen that we didn’t end up using. Breakfast was a beautifully presented spread of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, meats, pastries, and there were omelette or crepe options. The garden and pool form a pretty, tranquil oasis, and the property is very handy for the airport bus stop, art gallery, shops, restaurants, etc. The city is just across the river.

This bed and breakfast in Carcassonne is amazing, located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable, and the staff are great.

The house is beautifully decorated, private, and the hosts are friendly. There was no air‑conditioner in my room, but that didn’t matter too much.

The breakfast is very good, the Provençal house is renovated, very comfortable, and well refurbished. It has common areas, a pool, and a charming garden to relax in the afternoon. The location is perfect for exploring the walled city and the town, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The breakfast quality is very good. There is no parking, but there are alternatives to park on the street (which is usually full) or in underground parking a short distance away.
