“Great stay!”
Breakfast and the clean room were positives, but there was no elevator, which is a minor issue.

The staff were kind enough, but the property was filthy: the elevator was either broken or nonexistent, forcing stairs or a bottom‑level room for disabled guests; the pool was closed because “the levels were off” even though we had booked it; the room had rust and black mold, and a wet floor that could have caused a fall; a roach escaped from the bathroom as I left; I would have stayed in Radcliff or Elizabethtown instead; do not stay here.

Like that, it had a pool for my kids to play. Pretty much, the whole experience was very uncomfortable. The facility was not that clean. There was moldy coffee inside of the coffee makers. The bids were broken and sunken in the center

The kind staff and cleanliness. More towels but I could’ve asked for more

It is the only hotel close to where my grandfather lives. I didnt like that our room wasn't properly cleaned. The coffee pot still had old coffee grounds in it. And then the chair down in the cracks had chip crumbs etc that were not ours. We also had lost power with the storms through the night so it we were hot most the night
