Located near Olympiahalle and Olympic Stadium, it features a minimarket, bicycle parking, and luggage storage. A buffet breakfast with juice and pastries is served. The hotel is 34 km from Munich Airport and 18 minutes from the BMW Museum.

The accommodation was in a very convenient spot for public transport, and the room size was just right for sleeping; parking was quite troublesome if the underground was full—on the first evening we arrived late and the garage was already full, so it took about 30 minutes to find a spot in a parking garage 1.5 km away, but the next afternoon after several inquiries a space opened up in the garage and we could park our car.

From a work perspective, the location was good and the internet connection was stable, but the small room lacked a work desk and any wardrobes.

I flew in for the marathon and the location was perfect; the breakfast was also very good and was always refilled quickly, but we stayed in a standard double room that was very small and offered almost no storage for our suitcases, so we had to put them on the floor, which made the space feel cramped; also, due to the limited space there was no way to make a hot drink or have a fridge in the room.
