Nothing good to say. The staff were very rude; after booking and receiving confirmation, the hotel refused to give us a room.
“Decent Stay but Several Issues”
My stay was pretty okay, but there were some issues that brought it down. The rooms, 202 and 203, had problems - one didn't have a showerhead and the other lacked a jet spray. Paying for AC wasn't worth it since it only worked at a fixed 25 degrees. The service wasn't great either; when I complained, I was told someone would come to check but never did until the third day. They also messed up the scooter rental - I booked two but got one in decent condition and an ancient one from 1990.
