It was a terrible experience: noisy people in the rooms and corridors, poor sound‑proofing, and you could hear people in rooms down the corridor even from my room. I finally had to get up after 1 pm at night and complain to the front desk. At first they said it was not their responsibility, as it was spartments, but then he did come up and talk to them. The staff are not polite like in Hoi An. As mentioned above, the staff were rude, the food was average, and it was very noisy.

The location was perfect, just a 5-minute drive from the airport, and the view from our 17th-floor room was stunning. We also enjoyed a quick and delicious dinner at the hotel's restaurant, which was reasonably priced. However, the proximity to the airport turned out to be a double-edged sword - Grab drivers would often cancel our orders because they didn't want to travel such a short distance for a small fee.

The staff's communication and payment handling were completely unprofessional and irresponsible. We accidentally booked two rooms and tried to cancel one on our first call, but they couldn't even manage that. To make matters worse, they threatened to charge us for the cancelled room after our stay.
