Apartamento Completo ao lado da lagoa da Pampulha

“péssimo e não tem estrutura básica pra estar funcionando”

The place is right where you want to be, but the apartment itself is a mess. The door never locks, the curtains are stained and there’s no blackout, and the bathroom ceiling is mouldy with a leak. The TV is an old set, the air‑conditioner smells and seems broken, the kitchen has almost nothing, and the bedding is practically non‑existent – just two pillows, one sheet and a dirty blanket that looks like it was reused without washing.

“Não recomendo”

The towels were old and threadbare, there wasn’t even a soap bar, and the bed was two single mattresses pushed together, leaving a huge gap in the middle. Overall the whole accommodation felt sub‑par.

“Local muito bom, café maravilhoso, funcionários muito atenciosos”

The spot is fantastic – right in the centre, staff were friendly, the coffee was excellent and the pool was a nice touch. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave me a nasty backache, and the room that was supposed to fit three only had two single‑size beds, forcing us to book an extra night at a hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, yet the noise at night was relentless and made it hard to sleep.

“Uma hospedagem extremamente decepcionante, com estrutura precária, falta de conforto, informações incompletas e serviços”

Location is decent, but I was far from satisfied. There was no on‑site parking, so I had to leave my car on the street, which felt unsafe. The room lacked basic toiletries, the minibar was empty, the blanket was paper‑thin, and the curtains were ripped and dirty. The bed was two singles that kept separating, creating a big hole, and breakfast wasn’t included despite what I expected.
