While the room itself was satisfactory, the rest of our stay was a letdown. The bathroom was not well-maintained, and the staff's behavior was uncooperative. The breakfast was subpar, and the management seemed to be in disarray. To make matters worse, there was no water available in the morning due to a faulty pump, and the private pool was a misrepresentation. The prices were also not justified.

Our stay was pleasant, thanks to the good food and friendly staff behavior. Gaurang, in particular, provided excellent room service and was very courteous. However, the room prices were a bit steep, and the hotel could benefit from the addition of a lift.

Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by the constant noise in the corridor, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel's failure to address this issue was disappointing, and it left a sour taste in our mouths.

I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of this hotel, but unfortunately, the rooms were smaller than I expected for the price I paid. The cleanliness of the bed sheets left a lot to be desired, and I felt that the hotel was overpriced overall. Despite these issues, I did appreciate the high standard of quality that the hotel maintained.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional, and the food was delicious. We also appreciated that the property allowed pets, which was a huge plus for us. However, the photos and reality of the rooms were vastly different, and we were disappointed to find that the private pool was actually a shared pool. The rooms themselves were also not well-maintained, and we were offered an executive suite that was still subpar.
