The owner demanded an extra payment beyond the price shown on the booking.

They refused us entry, claiming they no longer work with Bookings.com, even though we had booked a week earlier and received no warning. The manager was extremely rude at 12.30 am, forcing us to find another room that night even though we had already paid in full.

The rooms were large, clean, and offered great value, and the staff delivered solid service. Everything was good.
