The staff were professional and courteous, the room was spacious with a warm, comfortable décor, the bed was wonderfully supportive, and the breakfast was deliciously abundant—just wish my stomach were bigger to enjoy it all.

The location was in the city center, close to the MRT, and the beds were good. The staff were friendly, but they could have offered more service to help reach certain places, like the Buddha temple. More attention to tourist‑site transportation would be welcome. Everything looked as in the photos, but it was all very dark; we expected it might be a bit dim, but it was more than that.

The hotel’s location is a real plus, sitting right next to the beautiful island MRT station with easy connections everywhere. Unfortunately the walls are practically paper‑thin; I could constantly hear the next guest opening the fridge, moving chairs and chatting, and the bathroom drainage was terrible – I had to stop the shower several times and wait for the water to clear or my feet would end up in dirty standing water.

The rooms were comfortable. The gym and pool were closed for a long time, and the cleaning lifts took a long time because the rooms and car park use the same lift. The staff were not helpful with English.
