I liked the updated rooms; they’re very clean. The hotel only has two floors and no elevator, which was tough for my husband’s bad knee. Next time we’ll ask for a first‑floor room.

The room needs repairs: the toilet paper holder is loose, the security lock is broken, and the clothes rack is falling out of the wall. There’s a cockroach in the sink. Breakfast options are limited and stale. The rugs in the hall are dirty. I have photos to back this up.

I’m leaving. The place is dirty, dark, and damp. I sent a separate complaint letter to Wyndham.

The spot’s right next to the racetrack, which is perfect. The bathroom floors were a bit dirty, but otherwise everything was fine.

I’ve been staying there for years and always keep coming back; the staff is almost like family now, and the updated decorating is great.
