I was excited to stay with three people in one room, but the hotel said it could accommodate three per room; on arrival that wasn’t possible. The staff handled it nicely, yet it still felt off from the start.

The breakfast spread was generous and had something for everyone, though I would have liked oatmeal without chocolate. We booked a half board there, which turned out to be a smart choice. The mattress could use a replacement; mine was already sagging.

The room was small, packed with heavy furniture, and looked outdated.

Everything was simple yet excellent; the staff were welcoming and thoughtful. I personally prefer firm mattresses, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case here.

Staff were friendly and the food tasty, but this time the beds were a bit uncomfortable; two years ago I slept better at the hotel.
