Very clean. Comfortable bed. Nice outdoor space. If you sleep on the sofa bed, you’ll be in a room with large windows and no curtains or blinds, so privacy is lacking. The bathroom’s shower door can’t open properly because the head blocks it, and turning the shower off is a hassle. There’s a toilet downstairs off the kitchen. The stairs are steep, so it’s unsuitable for people with mobility issues. The hot tub was dirty and full of bugs.

Stylish, comfortable property on the grounds of a small château. Yann, the host, is a delightful man. Mosquitoes! Bring repellents.

The host is a charming person. The cottage sits within the grounds of a French palatial estate, next to the main street of the town, yet it feels very private and welcoming. The private jacuzzi for the cottage is perfect, and there’s also access to a pool—nothing else could be asked for.
