“Super pobyt i bardzo dobre śniadanka.”
The reception ladies were very friendly and helpful. It’s great that you can bring dogs – we stayed twice and will definitely return. Nothing negative.

The location is great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and parking is free. There are plenty of activities for kids. What we missed was a fridge in the room, which was promised – we brought medication that needed refrigeration and had to use the reception fridge. There was no kettle, which feels like a basic expectation for a three‑star hotel. The bells rang for three minutes even on Saturday at 7 am, and the building had an unpleasant smell.

Breakfast, location, kids’ facilities and cleanliness were all positives. The booking system automatically assigned two adults and one child to one room and two adults with three children to the other after we reserved two rooms for four adults and four kids, and we couldn’t change it, so we had to explain and ask for a 2+2 and 2+2 split at check‑in, which turned out to be a logistical headache involving moving bedding; we were also asked to use a parking space, but when we tried to leave bicycles there a long discussion ensued about why we couldn’t, and although the issues were eventually resolved, it took longer than the problems warranted.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was very good, breakfast tasted tasty, the room was spacious, parking was free, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was the unreliable Wi‑Fi.

The surroundings were beautiful, peaceful and quiet aside from the church bells ringing daily at 7:00, and the extensive extra facilities—wellness area, playground, bowling, mini‑golf, mini‑zoo and tennis court—were impressive. On the downside, breakfasts were poor, serving only fried eggs and sausages hot each day, no fruit, only pre‑cut tomatoes, pepper and cucumber, the cheapest cold cuts and weak bread, which forced us to buy our own food despite the lack of a fridge in the room. The rooms and corridor were stifling and hot; the attic layout and lack of air‑conditioning couldn’t cope even though the weather wasn’t scorching and it was raining, so we had to keep the roof windows closed. Sauna access was very limited—only on Sundays and Tuesdays, a detail not mentioned on the booking site—and the jacuzzi water felt lukewarm rather than hot. Information was only in Czech; Polish or English would have been welcome. The mini‑zoo and mini‑golf schedule ran just from 12:00 to 19:00, which didn’t fit our itinerary as we were usually out of the hotel then. Finally, there was no kettle in the rooms.
