We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were very happy with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and caring throughout our stay. What we appreciated the most was their exceptional service late at night. We urgently needed some medicine, but unfortunately, all the nearby shops were closed. We called reception for help, and the staff went out of their way to arrange and provide the medicine for us, even at such a late hour. We truly appreciated their kindness and support. The service and hospitality were excellent, and the staff genuinely made us feel looked after. Thank you so much for making our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“But it was clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable so I would definitely stay again no problem.”

The hotel sits right in the middle of town, just a block from the Mulwala RSL. The rates were competitive, traffic noise was minimal, the bed was comfy, and the basic tea, coffee, and microwave facilities were adequate. The reception staff and cleaners were friendly and helpful. I stayed here 35 years ago in the exact same room, and honestly it’s still looking the same, so it feels a bit dated.
