The location is nice, the breakfast abundant, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The room décor feels a bit dated, the bathroom is cramped though the walk‑in shower is spacious, and there is only one elevator.

Walking seven minutes from the Gosau Abzw bus stop, the hotel sits a bit uphill and is backed by pasture and forest, keeping it relatively quiet though a little farther from the busy main road. The sauna was very comfortable, and the dinner buffet was delicious and plentiful – highly recommended. The staff, especially the young man who hurried around, were very attentive and friendly, even when he was swamped. We were told that the “Comfort Double” booked through Booking could only be a ground‑floor room, so we should have clarified that on the site. As soon as we entered the room, a loud refrigerator made noise; after reporting it to the front desk, they unplugged it and the noise stopped. The boxed tissues only had two sheets and were never refilled. During breakfast and dinner we were assigned a fixed table in a dim corner facing a cart of supplies, next to an empty, dark dining area. The restaurant has an interior and exterior section; the interior is lavish with bright large windows and lively chatter, but for reasons unknown some guests, including us, were stuck in the exterior section with cramped tables. We stayed two nights and ate all four meals in that gloomy spot, a problem I’d seen in earlier reviews but didn’t expect to happen to us. It didn’t seem to be a lack of tables, as new guests the next day were seated in the nice interior.

csodás környezet, csendes, nagy méretű, tiszta szoba. személyzet nagyon kedves. vacsora egyszer sem volt gyerekbarát :(
