The staff were friendly. The café only served a few pastries.

Everything was fine.

The nearly renovated rooms look nice, but I wish the bathrooms were finished; the shower and tub were less than satisfactory. My wife avoided both the tub and the shower. Overall, the bathroom, even with a new vanity, new floor, bathtub, and shower surroundings, was moldy, dirty, and uncomfortable.

The spot was great, and we snagged a discount at Denny’s. Every time we walked in, the staff were friendly. The room was comfy, and when they refreshed it on the second day we appreciated the touch. Towels were restocked regularly. The only downside was getting to the room: it was on the second floor, halfway through a hallway and then at the end—convenient but not ideal.
