The staff were friendly and cleanliness was well maintained. They treated guests very nicely. The location is within walking distance of all art museums, and breakfast is very good.

The staff were very nice and friendly, all speak perfect English. The location is great—about 15 minutes on foot from the Arc de Triomphe, about 8 minutes from Ternes metro station, and about 15 minutes on foot to Port Maillot. The neighborhood is safe, you can walk at night without problems. There are supermarkets, shops, restaurants, etc., on the street. The room was very modern, spacious enough for 3–4 people, clean, with plenty of towels. Rooms are cleaned daily. There’s a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, milk—everything you need. The shower has L’Occitane products. The beds were comfortable. Check‑in and check‑out were uncomplicated and quick. The only thing missing were flip‑flops and more hooks for hanging towels, but otherwise everything was top.

“Bon hôtel pour un cours séjour parisien”

The hotel sits right next to the metro/RER, the staff were friendly and caring, and the bedding was very comfortable, but the elevator is so close to room 402 that you can hear everyone coming and going.
