The staff are very helpful and friendly, the buffet breakfast is awesome, and the deluxe room was great; big credit to the housekeepers for keeping the room clean and well stocked—though I still think the hotel deserves an even higher rating.

I extended my first reservation and was given a terrible room, then they insisted we stay in the same room again; when I tried to book another stay through the app they warned I’d end up in the same room, but said they could give a different one if I booked at the front desk, which feels like a scam, and even though my friend and I had booked separate rooms and paid accordingly, they told us we had to share; stay away, the room was awful and the reception staff didn’t even acknowledge us.

I didn’t like the place at all; the reservation staff were unhelpful, the price they charged at the front desk was wildly higher than the online rate, they tried to put two friends who had booked separate rooms into the same room, and when we tried to extend our stay they forced us to stay together again.

The hotel is centrally located with the beach and event area just steps away, everything including the shopping centre is within walking distance and nightlife is nearby; breakfast is generous, parking in the underground garage and the rooftop pool with bar are included, but the first approach was confusing because the navigation was tricky and a front‑facing room is not recommended due to loud music all night.
