Great communication and service from Nikoli via WhatsApp, and the location is awesome for exploring Naples. The apartment is clean and modern, with a fully stocked communal area that includes coffee, water, beer, and more. Nothing really stood out as a problem; the only note is that the building is a few stairs up on a busy street, but being right in the hub and bustle of vibrant Naples was actually a plus.

Top location in the old center, very nice contact with Nikoll who provided explanatory videos on how everything worked. The bed was comfortable, and the shared area with the other apartments was well equipped with everything needed and free drinks available. It is often mentioned that the place is three floors up without an elevator, but that was not a negative point for us.

We loved our stay at Wanderlust Naples and will definitely return on a future trip! I didn’t notice that they offered to help us get our luggage up the four flights of stairs because I wasn’t paying attention to my phone, so don’t make the same mistake as us. They have a winch to lift the bags, which made our departure so much easier. By the time we reached Naples, we were nearly two weeks into our trip, and we were so appreciative of the laundry machine. The location was great as a base, perfect for walking pretty much anywhere in the historic center. There’s also a taxi stand right at the bottom of the building and around the corner. The A/C was great even in the heat wave. They provide all kinds of snacks, drinks, games, toiletries, etc. Tommy was an amazing host and we appreciated all of his recommendations. They truly go above and beyond to ensure their guests have an incredible experience. Nothing!
