“niet goed overal mieren niet te verblijven”
The hotel is not clean anywhere, there are ants everywhere, it smells, the shower was awful, nothing works, it is not recommended at all. There's nothing to stay here.

The spot is perfect, quiet and calm. In just 5 minutes you can walk down to the main gate and the beach 😊 The staff are incredibly courteous and the food at the restaurant is lovely. The beds were a bit firm, but that’s a minor issue compared to how great everything else was.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which offered a convenient location near beaches, night markets, and shops. The peaceful atmosphere at night was a welcome respite, and the staff did an excellent job of keeping our room tidy with fresh towels and water. Although the hotel's basic amenities might not have been ideal for those seeking luxury, it was more than sufficient for a comfortable night's sleep.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of this property, and the staff were extremely organized. The location is ideal, with a bar and restaurant right in front and a 7/11 just next door, making it easy to get to the beach and explore the tourist area of Kata. Overall, my stay was great, with everything I needed right at my fingertips.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, I loved the location, which was close enough to the beach, and the hotel was situated in a quiet area with minimal noise. The balcony was a great spot to relax, and the Melissa restaurant next door was excellent. However, I did encounter some issues, including a persistent sewage smell in the bathroom and a room mix-up on the first evening, where they didn't have my reserved two-bed room available until the next day.
